Then i checked the voltage on MSI Afterburner and it displayed that my Voltage shot up to 35% when i opened up GPU-Z. HOWEVER, i did notice that when MSI Afterburner was open and I opened GPU-Z, that my Mhz jumped up to to 1607Mhz on the MSI Afterburner and GPU-Z for about 3-5Secs and then it dropped down back to 139Mhz.
ROG GPU Z DRIVER
Update: reinstalled the latest driver again using the DDU method used the Latest Nvidia Driver and loaded up MSI Afterburner and GPU-Z to see how the readings were but nothing changed.
